No. During onboarding you tell Evo exactly what you have, whether that is a full gym, dumbbells only, or just bodyweight, and it only ever prescribes movements you can actually do.

Evo combines your goals, equipment, and experience with how you actually train, looking at your adherence, recovery, and the exercises you keep or swap, then adapts your plan with you every week.

Yes. The free plan has no time limit. It includes guided setup, three AI-generated workouts a week, full logging and history, coach chat (5 messages a day), barcode nutrition tracking with 2 AI meal scans a day, and adaptive macro targets that learn your metabolism. Evo Pro ($9.99/mo, or $59.99/yr) unlocks unlimited AI workouts, six times the daily coaching messages, unlimited photo and describe meal scans, daily coach nudges, and PDF reports.

Evo is the coach built into the app. Ask it about form, plateaus, or scheduling, and it can adjust your actual plan by swapping exercises, changing rest or moving days. It answers from your training history.

No. Voice set logging uses Apple's iOS speech recognition; Evo never receives or stores your audio. Only the resulting text (your reps and weight) is saved to your log.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan stays active until the period you already paid for ends.
