Why I built Evo
I've been lifting weights for six years and experimented with everything you can think of. I used to be in the gym for 2 hours every day and hoped that effort was enough.
It wasn't. Muscle grows under certain conditions: managing fatigue, taking your sets to a point where your muscles adapt without burying yourself and recovering properly. There's a lot of science behind gaining muscle mass, strength, and staying injury-free, and I wasn't aware of it. I didn't have a plan or system for my nutrition or sleep and just trained the way I felt like that day.
I needed a coach who understands that I'm human. Someone who realizes I might mess up sometimes but knows my goals and the way I train and adjusts the program to fit into my life with clear instructions on how to do it more efficiently.
This is Evo. Your goal is clear, every exercise has a target effort level and your progress is tracked, and your workout routine moves you closer to what works for you. It knows your nutrition, your sleep habits and your mood and uses it to make you consistent and maximize the gains, even on the weeks that don't go to plan.
